"Wear Something Red..." - Metroland has for years!

There's a great article in the paper today about Sledge Hockey team captain, Jean Labonte. Check it out:

Although it is really encouraging to see The Ottawa Citizen's coverage of the Paralympics and KISS FMs interest, the media outlet that we have always counted on for coverage and who have been there to cover Todd and all of the local boys throughout the past 18 years has been our local weekly paper The West Carleton Review, part of the Metroland family of newspapers.
At the Carp Winter Classic fundraiser a couple of weeks ago, Derek Dunn was there with his camera and notepad to cover the event. Gordie and I are media accredited by Metroland - roving, intrepid, reporters! - and his mom even wrote for them from a past Paralympics. Look to Metroland for up to date coverage throughout the Games. It goes without saying that Jason Marshall is one of the original Honorary Nicholson Clan members!!! Check out their website: http://www.yourottawaregion.com/

Jason Marshall from Metroland,
one of the originals!
